Terms and Conditions

  • When placing an order, a deposit of 20% is required to reserve rental items for your specific event and date.

  • All deposits are non refundable, if your event is canceled your deposit will be given back to you as credit to be used on a future event.

  • Big Red Events cannot guarantee dye lots on linen.

  • Delivery and setup is available for an additional cost. It will be bid per job. Things that factor into to delivery cost are, flexibility on delivery time, delivery distance, delivery day, delivery time, quantity of items delivered and the degree of difficulty of the delivery.

  • Credit card orders over $500 will be charged a 2% service charge.

  • Tent orders require 75% of the tent price down and no cancellations will be accepted.

  • The renter is responsible for all equipment rented. If items are lost or damaged, the renter is responsible for replacement cost.

  • If our delivery drivers have to come back to a delivery or pickup due to delays caused by the renter, the renter will be charged additional labor.

  • All custom orders require a 50% non refundable deposit.

  • We will price match any proposal and beat it by 5%. Price match bids must come form a reliable rental company, in the St Louis area.
